What size gravel?
hi,i'm about to gravel my driveway and see that you have two sizes of gravel (10&20mm).
Which of these is the more suitable for use on a driveway?

Size of gravel for a driveway
Hi,
in answer to your question, the most common size gravel used on driveways is definatley the 20mm. Usually because it is easier to walk on, doesn't get stuck in shoes, tyres etc... and also because is doesn't shift or scatter as much as the finer 10mm.
The 10mm gravels are normally used in more decorative areas, such as water features, at the base of tree, as a decorative weed suppression on borders etc...
That said, their is no strict rule! If you like the l0mm gravels more go for it.
