i was just wondering if anyone could advise me on what types of veggies are best to begin planting at this time of year? with the weather being so up and down lately i really don't know where to start.
if anyone could help me out then i'd really appreciate it - my allotment is looking pretty bare at the mo'!!!

Glad to hear you have got an allotment raring to go...
I have just finished planting my garlic, lettuces and potatoes. I have also been sowing plenty of seeds; carrots, onions and tomatoes mostly.
I hope this helps you out. I got some really fluffy, earthy compost soil mix from these Dandy guys that has really helped my endeavours to "go organic". Plants went in super easy - just waiting for the sun and showers now!
